At MYfitness, we help people achieve fitness goals based on THEIR personal goals and desires, not ours.  We have helped 750+ clients in just 7 years, my passion is what drives me to find success - for myself and for anyone interested in learning about the health and fitness industry. 

Knowing HOW to lift weights properly is the fundamental key to finding success in increasing strength, endurance, hypertrophy (muscle size), preventing injury, and improving overall body composition.  This is why I created the Lifter's Guide!

 

MYfitness clients not only get custom created training programs, but also receive continuous feedback on their form, exercise intensity, and direction in how to progress each week to help get the most from each minute spent working out.

After years of tailoring custom fitness plans for people at every level of fitness and competitive level, I have concluded that the majority of the population do not know how to approach training and weights properly.  Again, this is why I created the Lifter's Guide.

The Lifter's Guide is an affordable solution that allows you to feel confident in what you're doing while weight training.  It provides options for those with limited equipment or rehabbing injuries in additional to mobility work to stay on top of your balance, flexibility, and injury prevention.  This was designed to help you feel good about moving your body, long term!
